Entered incorrect data on the appraisal. Stated our house was a ranch when it is a 2 story colonial. Stated there was no oven range , or washer and dryer, and there was! Then he claimed we had no updates in 15 years when we finished this year with brand new hardwood floors on the entire first floor and finished the basemen .
