This visit was primarily for my 6-month monitoring of my eye conditions. I find that the staff and Dr McCann are very pleasant and professional. I asked about switching my annual exam for glasses to Rocky Mountain Eye and this was accommodated without another appointment. Everything went smoothly.
I had an unfortunate issue come up from a surgery from a different physician, who was now out of state at the time, and Dr. McCann totally stepped up and helped fix the problem! I cannot express enough my appreciation!
I've been a patient of Dr McCann's for some time now and feel we have an excellent doctor, patient relationship. He doesn't sugar coat anything and always gives it to me straight. His staff is great and accommodating. If issues arise, they always do their best to get you in as soon as possible.
The appointment was great. Dr. McCann is skilled as are his assistants. I felt like a well received patient and obtained valuable information. Hope to get more information as I move closer to cataract surgery.
