I wouldn’t know where to begin. My teeth were not only very neglected but I fell on them and they were traumatized. In a very short period of time my teeth looked completely rotten, yellow, and some teeth were shifting. I hated to smile and to look in the mirror. I don't usually write reviews of doctors, it's sort of personal matter for me, but I felt compelled to write this one. Last Sunday I was playing basketball with my kids, fell on my face and ended up knocking two of my front teeth out. Monday morning without appointment I came to Dr. Hoffman in pain and in a panic. She eased my fears, let me know what my course of action should be, and led me through step by step of how we were going to fix my face. I have gone to quite a few dentist and have never gotten the special care that I get here. Dr Hoffman is very efficient as well as her staff. They all made me feel comfortable and explained exactly what procedures should be performed and procedures that would help me prevent any other issue. The other dentist that I have visited seemed to not only detect issues when they occurred. I needed 2 fillings done. Before they did anything I talked to billing, which assured me my out of pocket cost would be $142. I made it a point to tell them that I wanted to avoid any issues and having to pay anything additional. They assured me it would be that amount. I paid the $142 upfront. Then I get a bill from them. It stated I owed an additional $227.60. Apparently, my isurance didn't cover they type of fillings they put in, something the would have known if they had done their due diligence and submitted a pre-autho... read more

One of the best dentists I have ever visited for more than 3 years I have been going to to him with the hygienist Suzanne. I would definitely recommend him.
