Dr. Ouellette and his techs are great. Everyone in the office is friendly and very helpful. The hygienists are very gentle, thorough, and friendly. The office assistants understand the many insurances and always let you know in advance what your costs will be well in advance of any necessary procedure. Dr. Ouellette does a wonderful job of monitoring your dental health. It is also easy to get an appointment and they work to get all emergencies seen promptly. I highly recommend this dental clinic. I went for my cleaning today and had a new hygienist. She showed me a slightly different way to floss that is more effective. She explained everything and was very congenial. Dr Ouellette was great as usual. He makes sure I am comfortable during any procedures. As someone that had bad dental experiences as a child, I feel at ease now with dental work.
Excellent service and care. The hygienist is thorough and kind and cleaning is painless. The dentist is great for the whole family from my 5 year old up. The office staff is professional and polite. The office is clean and well maintained. I look forward to my dental appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Ouellette to anyone who needs a dentist.
They always make you feel like part of their family! He has watched my kids grow from babies to adults and always asks about them. The entire staff is very good at what they do.

I think Dr. Oullette is the best dentist I have ever been to. He pulled my wisdom teeth a few years ago with no problems at all, whereas other dentists wanted to send me to a surgeon. I trust his competence and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff.

Will Never Return – I went there to get a basic cleaning done and felt like I was treated rudely by the office staff. One woman was very short with me and I felt as if she was speaking down to me. Like she was better then me or something. Im never going to return and I suggest to all my family and friends to not go there either. Plenty of other good dentists out there.
