I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I came in for a simple retouch of my existing highlights and a money piece, but unfortunately, the result was not at all what I asked for. I showed a clear reference photo of what I wanted, but the outcome was completely different. My hair now has uneven highlights in yellow and orange tones, with no toner or matifying treatment applied to soften or correct the color. It looks patchy and unblended. I took my 6-year-old daughter here for a haircut (cost $32). She had very long, thick hair and only wanted it cut to shoulder length. The stylist was unfriendly, rough, pulled her hair, and did not even straighten it before cutting. The haircut was uneven and poorly done. When we returned the next day to fix it, the same stylist was again rude and careless, and the result was still crooked. My daughter was uncomfortable the whole time. I would never recommend this place for children, especially girls with long hair.
