David and his team did an excellent job navigating a challenging market. We had over two dozen showings in less than two weeks and were under contract within just 16 days. He was always responsive, helpful, and brought deep knowledge of the market to the table. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and effective realtor.
David Nunez is such a great real-estate agent. He is professional and personal! I was the first time seller and felt really lucky to have David to work with. David was realistic, informative and knowledgeable. He kept his clients' best interests in heart. So he was always happy to answer questions as well as provided very useful suggestions. He never pushed you and made you feel uncomfortable, instead, he made everything was so open, transparent and easy. I couldn't recommend him more to anyone who looks for a real estate a... read more
Working with David has been an absolute blessing!! He is very professional, knowledgeable and an overall amazing person. He helped my husband and I sell our house about 2 years ago. The whole process was so smooth and honestly a breeze because David is amazing! He also just recently helped my parents sell their home as well. We will forever use David and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
David Nunez is an awesome real estate agent. He is very friendly and pleasant to work with. David is very knowledgeable of the real estate market. David sold our home without it going on the MLS listing. Whenever we had questions or concerns David was able to answer them promptly and assure us that everything would be just fine. The entire team he works with has made the selling of our home go very smoothly. Thanks to the entire Sandra Rathe real estate team and especially to David and we highly recommend David of selling ... read more
David is a fantastic realtor. He was very professional from the moment I talked to him. Thanks to David (and the whole team he works with) the selling process was incredibly smooth. I was worried having to move away from town in the middle of the transaction but they really gave me nothing to worry about. If I hadn’t moved away he would be my realtor for my next home as well. If you choose David and his team, they will hold your hand throughout every detail until it’s complete, and the constant communication was amazing. Ver... read more
