He has been so wonderful, kind, understanding, and vulnerable. A good man with good values who personally understands mental health for the struggle and monster it is. Have experienced some great changes so far and am excited to continue using him.
Dr Newbold came into my life and really helped me turn it around. He's well versed in a variety of therapeutic tools, and is a genuinely kind, knowledgeable, safe feeling person. I was resistant to therapy and clinging to alot of trauma. He made therapy feel less like a cold evaluation (what I feared and had experienced in the military) and more like a conversation with a trusted guide, as it should be. I'd recommend him to any age group, individual, relationship dynamic, or profession.
