Very bad front office experience. Waste of time. Very unhelpful. Did not answer my questions. Hope the doctor's office sees this.
Easy; efficient; no excessive waiting; explained everything; answered my many questions; facility on Campbell Road is super easy, clean, and comfortable.

Unfortunately my mother's experience was horrible with Nemoto. He made her cry because he kept pressing about how long she has been in the US as well as making her aware that her English was horrible. My mother did not go to a specialist to be told that she needs to improve her English nor did she go to be told "well you didnt die from the vomiting from last week because you are here."
