Dr. Nathan takes care of the issue at the same appointment. You do not have to be seen then schedule another to be treated. He is friendly, competent and takes the time to listen. He quickly treats and gets you on your way. I’ve been to him several times and have referred others who were also pleased with his service!
I have been to several dermatology offices, and most of the time I am delegated to a NP or PA and never see a physician. Dr. Nathan (an actual physician) does work fast as noted in some of the reviews, but he's competent. He has always taken ample time to hear my concerns, explain his findings, and go over next steps. I have also found the staff to be courteous and efficient. Bottom line: If you're looking for a spa-like experience, don't go here. If you're looking for quality dermatological care, do go here.
Scheduled for multiple visits "due to insurance" reasons I was told. Got billed after insurance over $800 for only 2 visits. Office staff is RELENTLESS and aggressive about payments.
The doctor is fine, but the front office staff is very rude. It seems like they care more about money than someone’s health issues. I came in today for my follow up on 2/19/2024. They told me that I had a $60 balance plus a $60 co-pay. I told them that I could pay $60 today and pay the remaining $60 when I got paid next week. I thought that sounded pretty fair, but they said that I couldn’t be seen today unless I paid that balance so I had to reschedule.
