I have had a very poor experience. Following my visit I was told I would be contacted by the office to obtain further detail on the Tenex procedure along with an estimate. I received no response for nearly two weeks. I ended up contacting the office, they had not followed up on my estimate and provided me with CPT codes to get the estimate myself. Dr. Westerdahl was the first MD to take the time with me and my feet. I basically got shrugs or misdiagnoses before. He had the perfect “bedside” manner and really listened to my story and questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and care was refreshing.
It was a very pleasant experience to consult with David Westerdahl. His office staff is very helpful and professional. Dr Westerdahl took a lot of time to explain the MRI etc to me and my husband. Very patient and took the time to answer our questions. I truly appreciate his medical advice and hoping to resolve my knee pain with his suggestions soon.
