Will this company provide fair treatment to its residents? – We have heard reports that in the Canterbury Apartments in Culver City, David N Schultz manages apartments that have not been repaired since 2003. A series of tenants are currently locked in a small claims court battle with the company for failure to return their security deposit in a timely fashion. We are hopeful David N Schultz will take the steps necessary to provide better and more fair treatment to its customers.
