Rikki who is the administrative assistant to Dr. Carothers purposefully did not submit Dr. Carothers bill to Mary Lindsley’s secondary dental insurance company for three months. I had to contact Dr. Carothers’ office and walk Rikki through the process of submitting Dr. Carothers bill to Ms. Lindsley’s insurance. I've enjoyed great care from Dr. Carothers as he has helped me by fitting me with an oral appliance to help with mild sleep apnea.
I saw Dr Carothers and team to help me with an oral appliance. My sleep has been a much better experience now that I have the appliance to alleviate sleep apnea.
Dr. Carothers made me feel at ease and did a comprehensive exam. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Glad I found them!
