Waiting weeks to get an appointment....office staff incompetent, and dealing with Memorial Health is a nightmare.
He did my partial theyrectomy, He may be an excellent surgeon but the aftercare from his office, physician assistant and himself is less than acceptable. I had a follow up appointment the first day after surgery ofcourse I completely forgot about it bc ofcourse i just had surgery I’m not feeling well the last thing I wanted was to deal with any of it.
