Dismissive and arrogant. Waited 7 months for this appointment and he didn't bother to give me 5 mins of his time. Didn't offer any advice, new treatment, and was of zero help. Just another health card swiper to bill OHIP and take home a fat paycheck. Absolutely useless.
I din't think Dr. Adam spent the necessary time and he didn't seem interested in what concerned me. I felt the appointment was a waste of time. Reception staff were nice.
Service very slow. Food was good. Few tables open . We still had to wait to be seated.
Dr. Adam and his staff were so kind and helpful in getting a concerning mole removed and tested. During my appointment I felt like Dr. Adam really took the time to listen to me and took my concerns seriously. His reception staff were so friendly and sweet. I was contact a week later by Dr. Adam with results via phone where he took the time to explain everything in detail. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend
