Waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen by him for less than 2 minutes. I felt rushed and dismissed and it was like I was a nuisance by being there. There was an extreme lack of empathy and a complete disregard for my concerns. I have never felt like less of a human when he was speaking to me and it truly felt like he did not care at all, he just wanted me out. Don't understand why you have to wait 1 hour to be seen when you come in for a scheduled appointment at noon
The Secretaries at the Clinic are so wonderful and kind. They really do their best to get you in as quickly as they can. Their compassion is felt through all exchanges. Dr Adam is also a fantastic doctor, I appreciate his patience in explaining medical jargon, and the science behind his diagnosis. He also mentioned to tell everyone to stay out of the sun if they want to take care of your skin have it look fabulous.
I recently saw Dr Adam and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. The staff at the front greet you as soon as you come in and Dr Adam saw me quickly, just before Christmas as I had a melanoma. Today I went back to see them again and had the melanoma removed. I am thankful for how quickly I got in to see him and would definitely recommend him to anyone. And his staff made me feel so comfortable even though I was emotional and I will be forever greatful! Waited 7 months for an appointment, spent 5-8 mins with him in regards to an issue with my finger nails. I was told it's not cancer, but saying this with out asking my family history with cancer or even mine. My great grandmother died of cancer my nan died of cancer my mother had cancer my father throat cancer. I had 2 tumors removed 1 in my lung and a mastectomy.
