Attended a scheduled 9:00am open inspection for an apartment in Mosman along with several other members of the public; however, the agent, Tayla Cranwell, did not attend. When I telephoned to ask whether she was on her way, I was told the property had already been sold. When I explained that several people were waiting to inspect the apartment, I was told it was “probably for the two-bedroom,” despite another agency’s salesperson confirming that other members of the public were also enquiring about that same apartment.
