State Farm is a great company, however this office is not. David and his office continuously dropped the ball anytime they were asked for anything. I have recently decided to switch agents because of this. I only have 1 vehicle so pretty simple policy. I don’t ever reach out but when there has been any communication it’s been the most unpleasant experience in the 20+ years of having car insurance. Absolute worst. Jennifer was very kind and patient.
I contacted SF because the auto insurance I had had for over 45 years had priced me out of the market. I was pleased with the service I received from Jennifer. She did not use high pressure tactics... just the facts. She walked me through the process and when I decided I wanted to switch, she was on the phone with me to help change from my former carrier. I will save about 40% as compared with the insurance I had.
