I have attempted to reach you several times via phone calls, text messages, online chat, and my online account for about two weeks and your office cannot be bothered to respond. I can only assume you or someone in your family has suffered a grave injury for you to be so unprofessional and to apparently raise my rates once I filed a claim after the hurricane in October. If that is the case, then I send you and yours thoughts and prayers, but I still need to get off your bald backside and earn your fees.
Very responsive and helpful. Been with David for many years and always taken care of any concerns I have or had.
I was with them for years. They messed me up multiple times. Continued to take out payments even though I gavea 30+ days notice I was going to a $40 a month cheaper insurance with Progressive and my six month contract had ended. Still have not received my $ back! Will change this review when I do! No one answered phone so left message and did not get called back. Very frustrating!
