Carter has been “working” on our boat for over 1.5 years, and it’s still not ready. Every time we go check on it, there’s always a new problem or issue he has to fix. This is with us paying up front for the services. And now he’s saying it’s “ready,” but he hasn’t even taken it out in the water to see if the seal he replaced is working. I DO NOT recommend.
