My son & I both received excellent care with Dr. Mitzner & his staff. I am so glad that we found a doctor who is caring, thorough, & patient. He did not rush at all & spent time listening to each concern, and our list of concerns was long since we both have not been to see a doctor in approximately 4 years. Anyways, I highly recommend Dr. Mitzner.

I have called several times and nobody ever answers the phone, not even to make an appointment. I always get the voicemail and MAYBE 2-3 days later someone from this office will return my call. I hope I never have an urgent situation that requires my doctor, otherwise I'll die. If you are that popular as a doctor, you should be able to get either "more" staff to facilitate the needs of your patients, or competent staff that can pick up a ringing phone.
