I recently closed a property through mike. He shamelessly scammed me a big chunk of money. I can see that as soon as he has taken over, the company started getting bad reviews. He belongs to a cheating background. Buyers, please be aware of this guy. He will do anything for money. As long as Dave was there, the business was having some ethics. One of the worst place to do business with.
Recently bought “new” home (turned out a remodel with addition) from Lockhart Realty’s agent and builder “Mike” Magesh Gurunath aka Gamp Properties, LLC. He is personable and soft spoken. BUYER BEWARE Make sure all items and actions promised are documented and/or written into your contract with him especially any and all warranties.
