David has been a source of support for me as I abruptly found myself needing to find a place for myself and my dogs- A house with a fenced in yard in my price range. David negotiated a great deal for me and he was willing to listen to all of my scenarios when considering a reasonable offer on the property. We closed over a month ago and David continues to touch base with me as I navigate contractors and vendors. I now consider David to be “like family”.

David did an amazing job navigating us though the lost of our father, and the fact we had to sell his house. Even with one of us living out of state in AZ, we were both always in the loop. The journey wasn't easy emotionally, but he made sure, we made it to the end with a smile. Great communication and made sure we understand everything at all times. He also wasn't afraid to jump in, roll up his sleeves and help get things done. We appreciate you Mr. Peppers.

He is the most kindest guy you will ever meet, and truly I don’t think I could not have found someone that could have done the job better!
