Unfortunately cannot recommend. Caring but unprofessional. Often simply did not keep appointment. Long wait times, sometimes more than an hour

For those that don't know, it seems Dr Mieles has closed his practice and they are actively seeking a new psychiatrist to take his place. There is no access to patient files or prescription history. Looks like we are starting over somewhere else.
Good listener, good advisor. Compassionate. Awesome ????
Never shows up for appointments and does not care about his patients. Has a horrible work ethic. And when he does show up and you actually get a chance to see him you will need to have no plans for that day because you will wait 4 plus hours. Worst doctor and office staff I have ever seen.
Dr. Mieles is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares about your wellbeing. There is a reason why so many of his dedicated patients do not mind the occasional wait that it takes to see him. He will make sure you feel comfortable with your treatment and will even go the extra mile to go make sure it is the best possible therapy. He even offered cytochrome P450 testing to make sure I am appropriately metabolizing the medications to avoid potential over/under dosing. He is the best!
Dr. Mieles is very helpful. I have a serious behavior issue, and he listened to me, and gave me great feedback.
Dr. Mieles and Bonnie have picked me up where I have fallen many times and I can only be thankful for a group that has never made me feel like a number.
