My dad is 78 years old with a super pubic tube. The quality of his life has declined in the last few years. Recently as doctor Krantz was changing his tube, he got frustrated with my dad and told him to let another doctor change his tube. Now my dad has to travel an hour to get his tube changed out. My dad used to be very active and healthy and this has caused him to be depressed. This doctor needs to be more compassionate especially to elderly people.
