One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They always take that extra step ... read more

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
