I use UW Health for a several reasons. I always receive excellent care. The people are always doing extra to make your visit pleasant. They are associated with my local health care system. I am so lucky.
Wonderfully great and friendly people working in a clean and beautiful place. I specifically want to thank Dr. Melnick for helping me get the care I needed after over 9 years of pain and others telling me they couldn't help. I can't say it enough. Thank You for getting that garbage out of me!
Awesome Surgeon
I was diagnosed with breast cancer on a Thurs and Dr Melnick saw me the next day. He had kept an open appointment for newly diagnosed Breast cancer patients. He spent almost 2 hours explaining my mammogram and ultrasound and we discussed treatments. He gave me a very informative 700 some page book and marked special chapters to read. He ordered an Breast MRI and called me at home with results. I chose to have a Mastectomy . Dr Melnick called before the surgery to go over the plan .
