I took my car into David McDavid Lincoln for a scheduled service for a recall. I had my husband drive separately as I knew the service would take about half day. I arrive for my appointment and then was told they didnt have the part and they had no idea when they would receive it. I asked why they didnt bother to call me to let me know. Absolutely my worst experience in purchasing a new, pre-owned or leased vehicle. I will never do business with this dealership again. Nor will I recommend any family or friends to do so. The entire process was time consuming, exhausting and frustrating. Initially I was told that the vehicle I purchased, (with no trade-in, cash deal only), would be ready later that same day. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am writing this review not only as a former customer, but a former employee as well. The only reason they got a star from me is because there isn't a zero stars option! I worked here for 3 years.
