Service is good for regular oil changes.
I came in to view and possibly purchase a Honda CR-V and we were attended to by Jose Muniz, he was so helpful and enthusiastic in helping us from start to finish, we ended up leaving Honda with a great purchase! The service we received was 10 out of 10 and we look forward to dealing with this dealership in the future as well. Highly recommend McDavid Honda, Frisco!
Had an appointment at 11.45 for oil change. Ended up leaving the dealership at 1.15 without getting any service. At that time there were still 6 cars ahead of me. Waste of time.
I've had great experiences with Sergio Guerra. He’s always super knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain everything. He answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth. Always a pleasure working with him during my service visits!
