TL;DR: If they damage your vehicle, they will only offer a cheap fix and not make you whole, if you can even get a response in the first place. If you decline their cheap fix, they won't help you at all. I left this dealership once because I saw their service going downhill and guess I'm doing that again even. The full story... I'm very disappointed with what I went through today. I took my car for service about two weeks ago for AC service. I specifically told the Service Department that my AC was not cooling and needed to be checked and the AC was turning off and on. Honda stated it was the Blower Motor Resistor that was not blowing. The resistor is not grounding the blower motor. So, Honda recommend replacing the resistor. I picked up my car a couple days later and drove off thinking everything was fine.
