Did exactly what I asked for. No hassle no issues.
I bought another Honda Accord yesterday at this location. The salesman Shalby worked with me and had a lot of patience with me as I continued to negotiate until I got the deal I wanted. Mufasa worked with me in finance and was a calming presence as well as very knowledgeable. Last, but not least, was Jose who helped me clean out my car & gave me my toll tag. Overall I was very happy with the entire process and was thoroughly impressed with their entire team and their ability to work with me on pricing and customer service.
I had an exceptional service experience with Patrick! He made sure I got in and out asap and made sure I was well-informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. The level of attention and care I received was outstanding. Highly recommend Patrick for anyone looking for top-notch service!
