Super kind and great with my kiddo. The waiting room is comfortable with couches and the staff always asks my kid questions. The technicians love kids and it shows! My kid is neurodivergent and asks SO many questions and will often grab at their tools and the staff is so kind, gentle, and patient with them. Letting them take a look at tools and talking softly with them to let them know what comes next.
