This was the absolute most unprofessional, rude, and overall disrespectful Dr. I have ever encountered. I seriously believe he gets some sort of sick pleasure out of gaslighting his patients, lying to them, and messing with their lives and well-being. Seriously, find ANYONE else to go to that will at the very least treat you, listen to your concerns, and treat you with a tiny iota of dignity.

Terrible experience. Wrong medication and then no way to contact anyone to discuss concerns. They don't answer their phones. Dr basically gave a half diagnosis prescribed medication and left the room. His PA is also terrible!
Business response:
We are sorry to hear that your experience was negative. We are not always able to answer our phones due to the flow of patient checkins and TMS procedures. We always return phone calls, and we strive to do this within the hour. All calls are answered within 24 hours, at the latest. Medication management visits are only fifteen minutes long, and initial consultations are an hour. Dr. Martorano and his NP make every effort to give each patient the time he/she deserves.
Dr Martorano is a the most professional dr I have ever met. He has am outstanding level of compassion and is the first and only Dr I would recommend to my family and loved ones. He is a head and shoulders above all other providers that i have come in contact with,in both treatment and communication with patients and thier family. Dr Martorano Genuinely caries about the well being of his patients.
I left a negative review before. There was a little more too it. the Doc took care of it. Since then it has been excellent so it was just a bump in the road for a new practice. If you have been battling drug resistant depression you need to check out the treatment Dr. Martorano offers. It has made a world of difference in me. He also does pain management. He has helped my son who has a traumatic brain injury.
I am currently seeing Dr. M, and I can say he is an extremely nice guy if you are in his office to help yourself, and the life choices you're making also help yourself. He saved me from the pain of my illness and the pain I caused my self. Just take his advice and listen. He's a very smart, caring , understanding doctor. You just have to tell him the truth.__S.Smith
