Dr. Martineau did a flexor tendon repair on my son after a football injury, and he removed a ganglion cyst from my daughter’s wrist. As an occupational therapist, I appreciate the close communication and trust he has in his therapists. He is easy to talk to and explains things thoroughly.
Be careful with papers signed before surgery. He will actually have students do your surgery and mess it up. A butcher job! The affected hand is my dominant one and 3 months after surgery with intense therapy my hand is still not working properly. The surgery stitches were the worst I have ever had resulting in an ugly scar. I have developed some trigger fingers I never had before surgery. I have had several surgeries in my life without any problems until this one.
