Negligent in his care. My elderly mom was in need of a knee replacement. During her recovery, her pain increased and mobility decreased. She went back to him two times with this complaint, each time he said to rest and give it time. He never x-rayed her. The day after her 2nd follow-up appointment, she was completely immobilized and had to go to the ER even though he told her to come see him.
