Never, ever, EVER answer the phone!! Not even for physicians offices let alone patients!! Between myself and my son's pediatricians office we have been trying to get an answer from them for over a month. The lady Ingrid Contraras is one of the RUDEST people I have ever encountered at a drs office in my life and when you explain that she doesn't need to be so rude, she turns around and says it's your fault and will hang up on you. I began taking my son here about 3 years ago after having the same neurologist for several years. His previous neuro had no regard for our concerns despite proof that he was having seizures again. After being referred to Dr. Mandelbaum and a short hospital stay, my son's medications had been switched and he has been seizure free for almost 3 years. He is now graduating from high school and is doing extremely well. Myself as well as my son are very happy being a patient here with Dr. Mandelbaum.
Terrible, weird,rude, missed a simple neurological diagnosis Fell asleep during our visit. Talk more about himself and his awards in about showing concern for our daughter. We are filing multiple complaints. He should not be practicing medicine.
