Absolute joke of a Law Office. We used David Maltby's lawyers in a family litigation, which ended up being resolved in August 2020 - we still do not have the correct court documents. The documents had errors and spelling mistakes all over them. When we reached out to them to advise them of these errors, they claimed that they were not their fault and we should go direct to the Court House. Cassandra Bruni is NOT recommended in a family litigation case! She gave no notice and left me with my case in the middle of it and to find a new LAO Solicitor, due to changing firms. Working with Cassandra she REFUSED to fight for my rights (told me I didn't have any rights because I moved cities) and told me she will ONLY fight for weekly to have access to my child that is being with held from me by her father who pawns her off everywhere else....
