Dave and his assistant Cindy came to our house took pictures of the property, they went back to there office compared comps of homes in my area, gave us a price to list the house, they came back with a contract and a sign to sell the house. They were very professional and caring, Dave would contact us to tell us ahead of time for people to come to look at the house. They did a great job sold the house on the 21st day. Dave was the perfect buyer's agent to have. It was a 2 yr search, but he was very patient, not pushy at all, and always did whatever he could to help us. It was tough buying a home in Florida from out of state, but Dave made the process very smooth and easy. It was reassuring having him in our corner!
Dave and his lovely wife Cindy patiently worked with my wife and me while we continued to put in offers on homes in the Venice market during the market spike of 2021/2022.
