Simply amazing 5 stars. He made the whole transaction very easy And there were 3 realtors involved. Of the 3 involved in this transaction David stood above the others. With clear communication ans prompt replying to any and all messages and calls. Also helped resolve an inspection issue so we could get the home insured. I could not be more pleased with the transaction on his end. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone buying or selling a home. And will use him if we ever relocate from this home

Dave and his assistant Cindy came to our house took pictures of the property, they went back to there office compared comps of homes in my area, gave us a price to list the house, they came back with a contract and a sign to sell the house. They were very professional and caring, Dave would contact us to tell us ahead of time for people to come to look at the house. They did a great job sold the house on the 21st day.
