Great Dr great surgeon!!! Easy to talk to, great bedside manners. Very empathetic. Would have never change but don't accept my insurance.
Dr. Magner performed my very successful colon surgery this past summer and I cannot even begin to explain how competent and patient he is. Dr. Magner continues to monitor my health any other issues I may have. He is very personable and beyond professional as well as thorough. He explains everything clearly and is very compassionate. He truly cares for his patients. If there was a 10 * option, I would rate him at that.
If I could give a 6 star review I would. Dr. Magner is not only super smart, he has the best bedside manner . . . Especially when discussing issues that relate to his specialty. It can be intimidating speaking about colorectal issues, however, he puts you at ease immediately. Additionally, I had an emergency at 5:30am - HE called back within minutes.
I seriously cannot commend Dr. Magner enough. I had chronic issues for about 10 years, and I’ve been to 4 different Doctors who I felt didn’t take my issues seriously and they were not proactive in helping me. My initial appointment, Dr. Magner sat with me 45 minutes and thoroughly explained everything to me. And we came up with a plan. I had surgery with Dr. Magner within 3 weeks from my initial appointment. Absolutely the worst!! This doctor’s office staff is utterly unprofessional. None of them can coherently answer a single question related to scheduling, billing or tests included in the initial consultation, they randomly put you on a 15 min hold in the middle of a conversation and never call you back. It’s a nightmare to even schedule an appointment with this doctor, absolutely not with wasting your time. He needs to hire an entirely new staff, they leave a terrible first impression.
