BEST PLACE FOR A "REALLY GREAT HAIRCUT" ANYWHERE IN CONNECTICUT AND jacks THE BEST!!DON'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVES, THEY ARE OVEREXAGGERATED.
If your in the market I say two thumbs up.I was given a stylist (Jessie) that fit my hair type (crazy curly ok FRIZZ)and I couldn't have been happier.The bar was a bit odd but the service was great everyone was friendly and asked if they could get me anything.Also I have to add very clean and modern not like a factory at all.
do they specialize in mix drinks or hair? whata joke.....never again......they have no idea what customer service is......this place is the pits!!!! a factory like atmosphere....i would never reccommend this place unless u want a bad color or haircut!!!
I have never been to a salon like this before in my life! Imagine having a cocktail of your choice while getting your hair done (free of charge, of course!). The energy felt great and every one was accommodating. This is the first salon that i have been to and actually rebooked for my next service!!
bad customer service, rude, and unorganized. first two experiences were ridiculous. i was given appointment #1and the hairdresser quit and no one informed me of that...then appt. #2 same thing. the excuse was"the hairdresser was supposed to call you, regarding her leaving to cancel appointments...NEVER HAPPENED!!!! so i try again.the hair stylist was very nice..but she colored my hair too dark. everyone makes mistakes. however, she failed to show me a swatch.i trusted her judgement.needless to say..i walked out looking like ... read more
