They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I had back surgery march 15 2011 and have been in more pain since surgery then before surgery i will never go back to this place.i will be see a new surgen and hope they can get me out of pain so i can go back to trucking. they made it sound good and i would be pain free 6 months to a year after surgery but that is not the case i would never have gone threw with surgery if i knew i would be this bad off.
They were friendly and made me feel at home. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
