I have no complaint with regard to Dr Ward. He is a fantastic doctor and wonderful person. I have utilized his services three different occasions and all three times everything went as he instructed, and all successful. I make note that while waiting for the OR rooms on all three visits, the staff sang his praises. A surgeon well loved by hospital staff really makes the hospital experience overwhelmingly better. This review is and should be about Dr. David Ward. It is unfortunate that the office staff has caused a serious negative issue with some patients, but that should not reflect on the character of this physician. I found Dr. Ward to have an incredibly caring bedside manner. Even though I am a retired health care professional, he did not try to speak to me as though I should know everything.
