Dr. Stauffers med asst Kim is totally irresponsible and should be fired. I found out 40 calendar days after the doctor ordered my orthotic shoe insert that she forgot to order it. Too proud to admit she forgot and claimed at first order was not present in my file then blamed VA for delay. When asked why it took her so long she just replied "it just takes a while" (yes, especially when you forget, Kim). The Doctor and Nurses are the sweetest. I take my Dad there and he loves them all. They had a pair of diabetic shoes made for him. The Doctor has him doing so much better. If you need a great foot doctor I recommend Dr. Stauffer.
Excellent Dr. Doesn't take maybe, always YES. Knowledge A+. Work A+. Kindness A+. Always a gentlemen. Couldn't ask for a Better Dr, or Friend.
Dr. Stauffer and his staff are excellent! They make you feel comfortable from the time you enter the door until you leave.
Had bunion surgery, did not help at all ! Only moved the pain to the ball of my foot. Immediately after he did the surgery, I had a knot to come up on the ball of my foot. It actually hurts worse than the bunion. He says there is nothing he can do about it ! 😭
