Very friendly. Very professional. Highly educated. Took the time to explain what they were doing. Had the ability to joke a little helping in making me comfortable. All in all, a great experience and I do not like going to the dentist!!! I think I've found a dentist I can stick with for a while.
Both Dr. Heninger and his assistant were thorough and checked the cavity question I brought to them to my satisfaction. I was glad to be there.
I always have a good visit with the personnel at the dental office sheila and my dentist are wonderful the hygienist that worked with me as well she did a fabulous job
Doctors Henniger and Frandsen are the best dentist's I have had. My family also likes them. The dental assistant's do a fantastic job. I particularly like going to Linda, she has done my cleaning for many years.
Thanks for working me into your busy schedule when Dr. Stosich was out of town. The receptionist was so kind and would have gotten me in that very afternoon if I could have gone. The office staff and Dr. Heninger showed concern about my problem and got me medication and antibiotics until Dr. Stosich gets back. I would highly recommend this office to family and friends.
Dave and Justin are not only great dentists but great friends. Always happy to help us in a jam or spur of the moment. Tooth trouble is never convenient but they always pull through. Very fair and never pushing for unneeded work. Thanks to them and their super skilled staff.
We have been staying in Idaho Falls for the past 6 months and wanted to have our dental cleaning before we leave for home sometime in August.
