Waited more than 30 minutes to be seen. He discussed several options for me for my spinal fractures and my pinched nerve that's insanely painful. He referred me to a pain specialist, and I left. When I went to check out I said that I didn't get an Rx. They said he CANNOT write a pain Rx, which is why he referred me to a pain specialist, which will take 2 weeks to get in to see another Dr! He could care less about his patients and their families. After surgery he didnt have the courtesy to come talk to your family in person he just gives them a phone call telling them surgery is over. Gave almost no after care instructions. Also went to him after surgery with a concern and just got told it was fine as he brushed it off without addressing the actual concern. I would not suggest coming to this doctor.

Ortho Arizona was a very well operated medical facility. They are very well organized, minimal wait, and very pleasant and experienced staff. Dr. Pryor was very personable and explain my issue and has taken proper recommendation on treatment option. Would highly recommend Dr. Pryor and his facility to anyone with back or other related issues.
The wait time in the lobby was over 30 min each time and i was told my spouse could not be present for my appointment however i saw others that had family with them. The office staff is mostly friendly once you go back (not as much at the check in desk very robotic) but overall i was pleased with my treatment and would recommend to friends and family once COVID19 is over.
The whole experience was excellent. The front desk was friendly and efficient. I was seen on time. The doctor listened and cared about my issues. They developed a comprehensive plan and made sure I was ok with it and understood everything. Great experience.
Very helpful. To the point. Gives you straight answers. Highly recommend.
Dr. Prior is an incredible surgeon. 6 months post surgery and I am 100% pain free and back to living my life. Very knowledgeable and caring throughout the process. He helped solve something that many overlooked!
