I was seen by Dr.Klein because of a work related injury{shoulder cuff tear} The entire staff was very efficient and wait times were minimal. Dr. Klein did an Outstanding job making me fell comfortable about the procedure that needed to be done. When the day arrived at the Outpatient Surgery Center to repair my Rotator Cuff , Dr. Klien had a great Bedside Manor and explained every step in detail to my Family before and after procedure was completed. Completely satisfied with the experience and the results. How many doctors call you the day after your surgery to see how you are getting along? Dr Klein did.
Twelve years ago Dr. Klein surgically repaired my left fractured wrist --miraculous! So when my right forefinger knuckle became painfully swollen, Dr. Klein was my absolute first choice for diagnosis and relief. He very carefully laid out the arthritis treatment options, and we have begun a course of treatment in which I have confidence and hope. I am thankful for his intelligence, his genius in healing hands, his caring and his kindness in his professional services.
I am a retired oral surgeon, so being new to the practice, Kennedy-White ortho group, I was observing the manner in which the practice was run and the expertise of the doctor. Dr. Klein was very pleasant, took whatever time was needed to discuss my shoulder issue and he gave me a couple of options on how to proceed. He was pretty obvious is suggesting conservative treatment rather than talking Surgery right away. The office was very helpful in getting me in and everyone was very patient oriented
He is exactly like I like. To the point with not a lot of frills. An exccellant surgeon. As far as his staff, again excellent, they are caring and very helpful
