They have cheap plastic dirty chairs in the waiting room. It does not in any way look a pediatric office. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. The staff is not very helpful they definitely lack customer service. They are helpful to the minimum. For being a Pediatric office the phlebotomy staff is AWFUL! I have 3 kids and that needed a blood draw after SEVERALl attempts they were unsuccessful on all 3!! extremely frustrating! The Dr was nice but not great. She was nicer then th... read more

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this podiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
