Dr Hartke is a knowledgeable, pleasant physician. He takes the time to ascertain patient needs and history. He explains in as much detail as you would like. He makes a healthcare plan, discusses it, gets input from me and proceeds with a plan of medication or treatment with proper followup. He has always been one step ahead of my needs and always included me in his decisions based on my comfort level. He always has given me more than one option in my treatment when applicable. Best doctor!
Didn't even get to see the doctor. Was told over the phone that they took my insurance. Took off work and drove here only to be told my insurance want accepted. Unbelievable.
Dr. Hartke was very personable and thorough. He took as much time as was necessary and took a long time explaining what the problem was and approaches to take. He took a long time explaining anatomy, which is very helpful in understanding the problem. I am a self-pay patient. The amount I paid was reasonable. The previous Urologist that I saw cost $200 and was a Quack! I would highly recommend Dr.Hartke. I don't see him as a doctor that recommends unnecessary visits, medications, procedures.
