I have been Dr. Filsoof’s patient for many years, and I have always had great confidence in his care. Dr. Filsoof himself is amazing, and I would recommend him 100%. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff over the past 40 days has been extremely disappointing. I have called the office and my insurance company more than 20 times, and I have repeatedly left voicemail messages without receiving follow-up or updates.
