Dr chisholm was the best doctor. i was referring my daughter here when i heard they closed. anyone know where he went???
My husband and I had our first baby in November and it was a blessing to have Dr. Chisholm by our side. Throughout the entire pregnancy he was attentive and addressed every question and concern we had. He is by far the best medical provider that I have encountered. He was so kind and down to earth, he took the time to explain things in detail. I called to make my annual appointment with my doctor only to find out the office closed a month ago and never reach out to their patients! I actually loved this office and Dr. Chisholm is the absolute best so I am only posting this in the hopes to find out where he went so I can keep him! Any help please!
Dr Chisholm is great doctor BUT the Front office staff needs work. They need to learn how to correctly answer the phones and Tell the patient why there being put on hold and not just silently putting a patients on hold without a word, Or if you get lucky they hang up on you while waiting. As for someone who works in the medical field and a doctors assistant and answer phone calls daily. This office front staff definitely needs a retrain on how to answer patients calls it’s very rude and very unprofessional to answer and sile... read more
