I can't contact this office without hassle. The automated phone options almost never give me a real person. When I finally get someone on the other end, I usually get transfered to someone else unless the matter is about an appointment. This is especially frustrating after walking in their office and noticing two front-desk workers by phones. Even after I'm transferred, the only voice I get is an answering machine.
