I deeply regret having jaw surgery with Dr. David Bell. In January 2024, he performed MMA/orthognathic surgery on me. His patient documents used the credentials “DDS, MD.” The California Dental Board record I reviewed lists his dentist-license status as “Cancelled” since April 2013.
