Dr. Ho was my physician for about 10 years until I moved to a different part of town. Luckily, he recently joined a new service which is covered by my insurance and I don't mind traveling across town to see him. He is very knowledgable and responsive to my needs. The only decent doctors I had found in my part of town had retired. The others I went to were incompetent. I am so happy to be back with Dr. Ho.
She then went out on an early pregnancy to return in October. This is not the problem. She and I had discussed this and she said she would handle. Then, when I had to see the PA who was left in charge a series of messages were handled by a woman who did not translate my messages correctly (* with a very squeaky little voice) culminating in my having to come back into the office to see him during this duraction if I wanted anything. I questioned (a few times) why my "notes from my visit" kept saying my "weight" was discussed. I mean I had lost 60 lbs and weight had never, ever been discussed. His nurse called and put him on the phone with me and this guy become so defensive and rude and all but called me a lier even tho I was quite polite w him. When I sent him a screenshot he did not call me back and apologize as he said he would. I got a half-a-sed apology a few days later in an email saying it was not seen on his end. Excellent
Dr. Chambers has been the chosen cardiologist for my wife and I over the last year or two, and has shown us excellent care and concern for our heart health issues. He immediately diagnosed me on our initial visit with atrial fibrillation, which our previous cardiologist had failed to diagnose. He possesses a high intellect, is very friendly, and takes his time with patients, listening as well as offering excellent cardiac advice. He is an outstanding physician, and we cannot praise him enough for his care.
I've been a patient of Dr. Ho for years and have been 100% satisfied with each visit. Unfortunately, I must now find a new primary care Dr. because Dr. Ho is moving to a new service, as I understand.
He will not return your call when you are sick. Nice guy but not much of a Dr.
I can not wear a mask, hence I was refused medical treatment.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ho for several years. Excellent service and advice. I will, however, be very happy when masks are no longer required at doctor's offices, shopping, dining out, etc. Sometimes it is difficult to understand what is said because of the masks.
